The next meet for the Big Red Express is the Mason Invitational on 9/11/2010.  This is a somewhat more challenging course than the first two meets of the year.  There is one really big hill to conquer and last year there were some bales of straw to go over.  Click here for a course map.  Here's the schedule for races, highlighting the races in which LaSalle will compete:

11:30 High School Boys Section II Varsity (Smaller Schools) run 10 score 5
12:00 High School Boys Reserves A Freshmen and Sophomores only
12:30 High School Boys Reserves B Juniors and Seniors only
1:00 Junior High Girls Team run 10 score 5
1:30 Junior High Girls Reserves
2:00 Junior High Boys Team run 10 score 5
2:30 Junior High Boys Reserves

Alll runners should be at the course at least 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to their race.  We're back to our normal food and drinks.  Please bring the items for which you have signed up.
